Project Description

We took a call from a customer who were in a bit of a mess. They had terminated the contract on a fax line without realising that it was the line that supplied their DSL broadband.

3hrs later they had one of our CloudCases on site and plugged in, we had remotely configured it to seamlessly act as their internet router for their entire network and all their phones and devices were connected to the internet again.

They kept the CloudCase for 8 days in total until their DSL could be reactivated.
